- Manage and oversee daily office operations - Coordinate and schedule appointments and meetings - Maintain office supplies and equipment inventory - Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence - Organize and maintain physical and digital files - Assist with budgeting and financial record keeping - Develop and implement training programs for office staff - Provide front desk reception duties, including greeting visitors and answering phone calls - Manage calendars and schedule appointments for executives
Experience:
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in an office management role - Minimum of 3 years of experience in A/R, A/P with contractors - Minimum of 2 years experience with QuickBooks - experience with union electrical contractor preferred - Minimum of 1 year of experience with Certified Payroll Records experience - Proficient in file management, both physical and digital - Strong budgeting skills and experience with financial record keeping - Experience in training development and implementation - Excellent front desk etiquette, including phone etiquette - Familiarity with vendor management processes - Highly organized with strong attention to detail - Knowledge of payroll processes is a plus We offer competitive compensation based on experience.
