Position SummaryWhat you'll doDrives the execution of multiple business plans and projects by identifying customer and operational needs; developing and communicating business plans and priorities; removing barriers and obstacles that impact performance; providing resources; identifying performance standards; measuring progress and adjusting performance accordingly; developing contingency plans; and demonstrating adaptability and supporting continuous learning.
Provides supervision and development opportunities for associates by selecting and training; mentoring; assigning duties; building a team-based work environment; establishing performance expectations and conducting regular performance evaluations; providing recognition and rewards; coaching for success and improvement; and ensuring diversity awareness.
Promotes and supports company policies, procedures, mission, values, and standards of ethics and integrity by training and providing direction to others in their use and application; ensuring compliance with them; and utilizing and supporting the Open Door Policy.
Ensures business needs are being met by evaluating the ongoing effectiveness of current plans, programs, and initiatives; consulting with business partners, managers, co-workers, or other key stakeholders; soliciting, evaluating, and applying suggestions for improving efficiency and cost-effectiveness; and participating in and supporting community outreach events.
Directs development of complex training programs, performance support tools, and resources by conducting research on learning needs, learning environments, knowledge gaps, and behavioral changes; managing development of blended learning options; and ensuring alignment with technology and business support infrastructure.
Leads the development, evaluation, and implementation of training development standards and governance by researching and benchmarking industry standards; defining and documenting standardized training processes to ensure operational continuity; identifying opportunities to replicate best practices and processes; making recommendations for implementation approaches; providing process definition and management to the organization; ensuring leadership and implementation teams have necessary materials; evaluating training development requests and determining their status; and managing the internal control assessment and remediation approach.
Drives and supports training experience by consulting with stakeholders; recommending solutions to learning gaps and needs; collaborating with other to ensure quality training; supporting the implementation of customized training plans for associates.
Leads training development programs and strategy implementation by evaluating gaps, needs and assessment results; delivering training materials; analyzing and evaluating requests for training in order to guide curriculum development; developing frameworks to drive consistency in training; working with key stakeholders to ensure development, maintenance, and implementation of training content; monitoring and tracking training content development and implementation; evaluating impact and effectiveness of training content implementation; and leading the training content steering committee.
Directs program effectiveness by measuring and analyzing trainee performance; identifying program inconsistencies and deficiencies; reporting inconsistencies and deficiencies to senior leadership; providing performance feedback to associates; working with associates to resolve inconsistencies and deficiencies in learning; and increasing work productivity and reducing overall cost.

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
