Commercial Maintenance Technician HVAC- (san bruno)
Well established company has 2 full-time positions open to maintain and service a commercial office building in San Bruno. You must meet the following requirements and
Qualifications:
- A high school diploma or GED
- Minimum of 5 years' experience
- Knowledge of HVAC including troubleshooting and preventative maintenance.
- Knowledge of plumbing, electrical, painting and drywall repair
- Must be able to handle multiple projects concurrently
- Must be able to communicate with customers effectively, professionally and efficiently
- Possess excellent people skills and work well in a team environment
- Must pass a background screening including DMV check
- The ability to exercise sound judgment when carrying out projects and/or tasks
- Knowledge of maintenance tools and equipment
- Computer skills including Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
- Reliable and dependable. Must live within 30 minutes of San Bruno and be able to respond to emergency calls or week-end overtime if needed. WILL PAY FOR RELOCATION FOR THE RIGHT CANDIDATE.
